This terraced cottage is set in the grounds of the owners' horse racing stables in the village of Ledsham near to Chester and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
Quarter Cottage is a brick built terraced cottage set on the owners' horse racing stables on the edge of the village of Ledsham near to Chester. With one twin bedroom, one single, one double and a family room (with one double and two single beds) along with two family shower rooms, this cottage can sleep up to eight people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 4 cars, a private, secure decked area with furniture (fenced off from stables), use of a communal BBQ area as well as fishing available (by arrangement with the owner). Being so close to Chester and within a short drive of Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales, Quarter Cottage is the ideal holiday cottage for a family looking to explore the area.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private secure decked area with furniture, use of communal BBQ area. Fishing available by arrangement with owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Horses welcome by arrangement. Note: Farm backs on to Parkgate Road, some road noise will be heard during peak times. |
